Zijn meest recente boek bevat tientallen verhalen van bewoners en medewerkers van de Martha-Stichting, een voormalig kindertehuis in Alphen aan den Rijn (Het Boek der Martelaren, 2017). De drie boeken die hij heeft geschreven zijn gebaseerd op de verhalen die mensen hem verteld hebben.
