Originally from South Africa, I have joined StoryTerrace as the Global Sales Manager, bringing a passion for storytelling and a results-driven approach to the team. With a strong background in sales leadership, I am  dedicated to driving growth, building high-performing teams, and ensuring clients around the world experience the magic of turning their life stories into beautifully crafted books.I focus on streamlining sales processes, enhancing customer relationships, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. By aligning strategy with innovation, they play a key role in expanding StoryTerrace’s global reach and making personal storytelling more accessible than ever.

I have been in customer success for the past ten years in the tech industry. I am passionate about customer service and have been in the field for a decade. In my spare time, I enjoy reading fiction books from all types of genres. I’m currently learning to roller skate and love playing badminton. My future goal is to learn how to do horseriding.

Born and raised in North London, Casey comes from a scientific publishing and beauty editorial copywriting background (yes, two opposite ends of the literary spectrum). She completed her BA Journalism and Creative Writing at the University of Hertfordshire whilst working at the local pet shop. She enjoys movies, reading, running and walking her dogs; her earliest book-related memory is being thrown off a boat into the sea by her uncle, still clutching her copy of Gerald Durrell's 'My Family and Other Animals'.

With a wealth of experience in sales and customer care across both real estate and media, Rachel specialises in building strong, authentic relationships with clients. Her expertise lies in effective communication, where empathy and collaboration are always at the heart of her approach. Whether it was guiding someone through a real estate transaction or crafting a tailored media strategy previously, she is a committed, creative person, and prides herself in making positive and lasting connections.Outside of her professional life, she has a deep passion for the arts, particularly theatre, which fuels her creativity and appreciation for storytelling. She also enjoys long walks to clear her mind and connect with nature, and astrology is a personal hobby that offers her valuable insights into human behaviour and relationships.

Born in the city that never sleeps, raised with a proper British twist, and now calling Westchester home, Hannah brings her roots in PR and marketing, and a sharp edge in DTC eCommerce sales to StoryTerrace. Outside of work, she’s an avid traveler with a passion for discovering new cuisines, and loves nothing more than spending weekends exploring local bites or binging a great new TV show or movie.

Originally from sunny San Diego and now living in Los Angeles, Madison comes from a background in B2B sales and residential real estate, and loves connecting with people through her work. She's big on travel, always has a book nearby (The Silent Patient is a favorite), and enjoys getting outside for a run or catching up with friends and family. Weekends usually involve good food, good company, and reality tv.
